Offering some of the best breakfasts in the area and boasting a seriously quirky vibe, 9th Lane is a true hidden gem in Mackay, serving a range of dishes that not only look spectacular but taste sensational too. Not to mention our coffee is pretty excellent as well – we use Grinders Coffee – a premium Australian specialty coffee.
Dylan is our head chef at 9th Lane Grind, hailing from our neighbours across the sea in New Zealand. Using his Kiwi background, Dylan brings a unique flavour profile to his creative dishes, creating inventive food and meals you won’t find anywhere else. Dylan’s passionate about using local Aussie produce, so everything he creates is made with fresh, local and in-season produce.
